Paul has been helpful throughout the whole process of selling my property. His professionalism and enthusiasm should be highly commended as he placed clients as a priority. Would not hesitate to contact Paul for any property needs whether buying or selling. Thank you again Paul for making this whole process so smooth and successful. 11/10!!

I felt at ease with Paul from the moment we met which greatly influenced my decision to select Paul as I had met with several other agents. Given it was the first time I was selling a property, Paul was clear and concise in describing the process. Paul kept me informed at every stage of the process and even made a house visit on Christmas eve to have papers signed. I can see how hard Paul works to keep his clients happy and comfortable with the selling process. Paul is informative and clear when communicating and makes himself available to answer any questions.

Ben supported us through purchasing our first home and was very informative about the whole process. He worked closely with our Broker to achieve a great outcome for us and we are very thankful for the support! Thanks again Ben!

Sold 1st open!! Paul was great right from the start. He listened to what I wanted and how we could achieve that together. He gave me true honesty in what needed to be done and we did it. He has great communication through out the whole process and always answered my questions and returned my calls. Nothing was ever too much. A true professional. If I know someone who is selling, then I will encourage them to meet Paul as I know they won't be disappointed

Paul is a good knowledgeable agent. He communicates well and kept us updated throughout the process. He tried hard to get us the top dollar but fell short. Thats the only reason for a 4 star rating.

I would like to highly recommend Ben Gow to anyone thinking of selling there house. He has informed me every step of the way of how negotiations have been progressing. I received a very good price with only one open inspection and I have know hesitation of recommending him.

From the word "go" we knew Matt was the agent for us. He sat down with us and gave us an honest opinion on what he expected us to get for the house and he was spot on, getting the upper limit after 1 open (nearly 50 groups went through at that open). This was truly more than we had hoped for. Nothing was too much for him or Amanda and the follow-up was professional and thorough. I am confident Matt and his team would work just as hard for anyone planning to put their house on the market.

From the beginning of my decision to sell my property and meet with agents I was sceptical on who to choose. I met with 4 agents, what stood out with Paul was his personality and professionalism. He actually listened to my needs and new where the market was sitting. Through the whole process, Paul's team at Harcourts were huge on communication I was never left in the dark and would have conversations with them daily on anything regard the processes they're taking to get a result. I did not just find an agent that day but also a friend and would certainly deal with them again. Thanks to the team at Harcourts.
