He was very supportive making himself available to answer our questions no matter how small they were. Honesty and integrity are hard qualities to find in agents but with out a doubt Alex has both of these in spades. He is such an honest and genuine person that as soon as we met him we had complete faith in his ability to sell our home. With Paul there is no hard sell, no gimmicks and no nonsense. Just a straight forward approach that ensures everyone gets a good outcome. He was able to give valuable advice in preparing the house for the sale and set realistic targets. It is evident that he takes every sale personally and engages you as the client in every step of the way. I spoke to Paul at least once a week and often once a day so that we were never left wondering where we were up to. You don’t often get that type of service in any industry. Paul obviously cares about both sides of the property journey both the seller and the buyer and that resonates with us as it shows the sort of integrity Paul has, it really is refreshing to experience that.
