Being first home buyers, we went to A LOT of open homes. We found there to be a fair number of agents who seemed unapproachable and disinterested in us as we wanted to ask a lot of questions about the property. We found this confronting and therefore often decided to keep looking. When we first met Paul he was very friendly and approachable! He answered our questions honestly and we got the impression he really wanted to help us. The negotiations with the vendor were very quick because he helped us get to an honest and agreeable price without us feeling disadvantaged as first home buyers or out of our depth.
