My house was sold after the first open and a great result was achieved. I would highly recommend Matt Sargent and his team and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. As a first time seller my experience was a pleasant one which was done very professionally throughout the process by all of his team. Thanks Matt, Amanda and team Sargent

I was extremely happy with all aspects of the sale of my property. I found Ben Gow to be enthusiastic ,optimistic ,confident and a pleasure to deal with.He kept me informed of progress at regular intervals and afforded me a very rapid and fabulous result with only one week between advertising the property and a sale. I and my wife are very happy to recommend him. Des Hockley

Through my dealings with Paul and his Colleague Tobie I have had exceptional service. They have both been in touch with me regularly keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale of my Mother's property. I highly recommend this branch to any person that wishes to sell or purchase a property.

Being first home buyers, we went to A LOT of open homes. We found there to be a fair number of agents who seemed unapproachable and disinterested in us as we wanted to ask a lot of questions about the property. We found this confronting and therefore often decided to keep looking. When we first met Paul he was very friendly and approachable! He answered our questions honestly and we got the impression he really wanted to help us. The negotiations with the vendor were very quick because he helped us get to an honest and agreeable price without us feeling disadvantaged as first home buyers or out of our depth. Tobie was also very nice and amazing at explaining things clearly and acting quickly with paperwork. She is a very lovely person! If your property has any appeal to first home buyers I would genuinely recommend you get Paul and Tobie to sell your property. But just in general Paul was the most honest and approachable agent we met during our search. If we sell in the future we will definitely be using their services!

If your looking to sell or buy Chris and Ben are definitely the go guys in real estate. They have been outstanding to deal with and we can see why they have such a great reputation in the real estate industry! We were first home buyers and Ben made our experience great and stress free from being extremely patient with us explaining to us the prosess of buying a house to helping us secure a great deal on the property and then recommending us a range of great contacts eg. broker, building inspector and conveyancer who were also a delight to work with. To sum these two guys up in one or two words "PROFESSIONAL CHAMPIONS" Thanks again for a great experience we look forward to using you in the future.

It was a pleasure dealing with Ben Gow and Chris Janzon from Harcourts Sergeant. All our questions and concerns were dealt with in a professional manner. At the open inspection both Ben and Chris went out of their way to show us the property properly, not just stand at the door like some Agents. We would recommend Ben and Chris highly.

We told Paul exactly what we wanted and he delivered even more than we could imagine. Paul is honest, great at getting the best results and we couldn't speak any higher of him. Throughly recommend him. If you want your house sold then look no further.

From the first meeting with Paul Whitney and Tobie Herbert I knew I wanted them to help me sell my first home. As you can imagine, my emotions were high and they were patient and understanding. Their professionalism is outstanding and both are kind hearted. They went above and beyond with best wishes, flowers, birthday cards and even invited my grandson and I to a movie event. The advertising, photography and marketing strategy used was a success at the first opening and happy to say my house is SOLD. I am looking forward to the future thanks to them both and 100% recommend the Harcourts team. Much thanks, Adriana

We have found Alex extremely welcoming, friendly and easy to deal with from our first initial viewing of the property right through to signing of contacts and obtaining keys. His regular communication throughout the process has kept us updated where things are at which as a buyer in a competive market we were extremely thankful to him.

Alex has been an absolute pleasure to work with in the sale of my house. He kept me informed and answered any questions I had thought out the procedure. Alex was extremely easy to work with, as he is a very nice man who only has the interest of his clients as number one. I will be recommending Alex to anyone who requires any services of an agent and he will be both my families and I agent for life. I can’t thank you enough Alex, what you have done for me is life changing.
