Matt has looked after the sale of my house twice now and in both circumstances he fiercely took on the market, faced it head on and sold my homes. My father has been a Real Estate Agent for some 50 years, so I have been around a lot of agents over the course of my life. One thing I can say with certainty is that Paul loves what he does. He's highly committed to his success as a sales agent and exhibits extraordinary dedication to his craft and loyalty to his clients. Far too often in the real estate industry the sales pitch (to sign you as a client) does not match the performance, however I didn't notice that with Paul. In the interest of full disclosure, my home sold quickly therefore I am unable to reliably rate his negotiating skills, but he managed to increase the first offer from the final purchaser, which became the final offer, so I can't complain. I was hoping for more instant feedback following our one and only open home, and had not factored the amount of calls he has to make on a daily basis with multiple homes on the books, so factor those kinds of delays if you had not already considered them. Nevertheless, Paul is eager and lives real estate; he's clearly very passionate about his work and the industry in general, and that passion comes across in every conversation with him.
