Paul was great to deal with right from the beginning. He is very knowledgeable & great to talk to. He always kept us in the loop with what was going on & this is exactly what you want in an agent. We will definitely be keeping in touch with him for all our future needs.

Paul was truly a pleasure to work with, keeping us up to date every step of the way and achieving an exceptional outcome for us in the sale of our property. Paul managed the whole process (including the negotiations with our tenant and some maintenance work) making the whole process a breeze for us. Thanks Paul, we definitely would not have achieved such a good and quick outcome without your assistance.

We purchased our first property 8 years ago and when we decided to move on we did not hesitate to contact Matt. We were extremely happy with the result Matt got for our home, we found both him & Amanda to be amazing through out the whole process!

Paul is an extremely knowledgeable real estate agent. He was always concerned for our best interests and ensured we were informed throughout the process of selling our house. When it came time to assess the offers for sale, he made it easy for us to make an informed decision, without any bias.

From the start Paul actually explained the whole process of marketing and selling our house which other agents had glossed over. His marketing itself exceeded every other agent we had met and his social media marketing worked amazing. Paul also brought a second agent on board who was just as good as him and the 2 sold our house in about 1 week of being on the market for a higher price than we were expecting. Very happy!

I knew i was going to get results from Matt and Amanda from the first meeting with Matt. I had multiple agents come through my property when we made the decision to sell all of which i head hunted while watching my local market. Matt stood out above the rest with his confidence that he could not only sell my property for what i was asking for it but that he would have it sold quickly. Within 2 opens we had multiple offers on the table all exceeding our expectations. To Matt and his team thankyou for your work and to anyone else looking for an agent dont waste your time looking anywhere else give Matt a call. Regards Scott Palmer

Matt Sergeant was proactive from the get go trying to gain my business. It was this persistence that influenced me to change Real Estate agencies for the sale of my rental house. I did not get the sale price I was after but after 9 months on the market I just wanted the house sold. Matt was able to sell the house in 5 weeks.

I had the pleasure of meeting Matt 4 years ago when i purchased a property through Harcourts, which turned out to be a great result for both parties. From then on Matt has kept in touch with us about the property market and information in our area. I recently had to put a house on the market and had no hesitation in contacting Matt, and as it turns out it was great dealing with Matt again, he knows exactly what needs to be done and is very professional in all aspects of the sale, the right advise and teamwork with his staff makes for a pleasant and rewarding outcome. Matt and his team made this a quick and easy sale for us and will definitely be seeking Matt's help in the future if we have to sell or buy again.
