Couldn't be happier with Paul Whitney!
We engaged Paul to sell our place in Blakeview, SA and we couldn't be happier. Paul was very professional, hard-working, and diligent. Immediately we felt at ease that he understood the changing market as he took us through his strategy for sale. Paul was detail orientated and explained everything clearly and respectfully. He took us through the advertising and proof-checked all materials with us before going live. He was consistently punctual for appointments, opens, and calls, and (the best thing for us), he and his colleague Matt maintained regular contact throughout the process, keeping us informed and relaxed. If they said they were going to call, they did. We felt that Paul managed expectations well. He maintained a good balance between positivity and confidence in his strategy/experience and keeping expectations realistic. Importantly for us, his open and modest approach here, backed by his track record, generated valuable trust. Paul's strategy worked brilliantly, and we secured a great price for our home. It is important to note that during the final stages of locking in an offer, Paul worked hard to ensure all who had made offers were kept informed and given the chance to secure the property. After we had accepted an offer, he spent time communicating with those whose competitive offers hadn't been accepted. Overall, we would unreservedly recommend Paul to anyone selling in the Adelaide area. It's been an overwhelmingly positive experience, and we can't thank him enough for his awesome services.

Thanks to Jayne, i'm going on Holiday!
Jayne knows what she's doing and in my experience she does it better than the rest! After selling my parents house with a great result, there was no second guessing who i was gonna ask to sell mine. Jayne was super easy to work with and get along with. She was so in control of the situation i didn't spend one sleepless night worried or stressed out.
