So far, Teena is responsive and easy to deal with, communicating about any issues, liaising with the owners and keeping me updated on the progress. I am happy with the service, Teena seems very reasonable.

Bree Hobden was great to work with, she was efficient in her replies and provided my partner and I with all the information and resources to ensure our rental application and acceptance process was easy and seamless. Bree was also easy to communicate with and very friendly on the phone. Highly recommend Bree, she has provided a very professional service.

I am more than happy to post a review for Harcourts Signature. They have been managing my unit for a number of years now. Over time they have found three wonderful tenants for me. I haven't encountered any problems whatsoever with their judgement of suitable tenants. This is a relief to an owner who lives interstate. They contact me promptly when small issues with the unit arise and then set about rectifying them with their honest tradesmen. My agent in particular, Bree Hobden, is very personable, professional, efficient and wonderful at keeping informed. Thank you Harcourts.

Teena found a tenant for our house in a difficult market in a few weeks. We have found her to be a good communicator with an appreciation of our needs.

I must say that I made a great decision by handing the Management of my Property to Bree and her agency. Bree has been nothing less than exceptional from day one in advising, communicating and proactively suggesting the best approach. She is quick in her responses, something a remote Landlord always look forward to. She made sure my property was rented from day one. I would highly recommend her!
