We recently decided to rent our property in Austin’s Ferry and approached several local agents not once but twice, Sophie & Harcourts were the only agents to respond quickly and efficiently, still waiting for the other agencies. Sophie arrived with a comprehensive market appraisal, conducted site visits, prepared all required documentation , photography, advertising and had an open home organised immediately . She was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The property was rented out in less than a week, we highly recommend Sophie & Harcourts, have full trust in their expertise and are extremely happy clients.

I’m very thankful Natalie and her team did a terrific job taking over from sales department to rental, minimizing vacancy rate and rental loss for the owners, the interest rate is so high under current climate, I’m really pleased what they have offered to the customers. Thank you.
