As a landlord this was the easiest and most efficient break lease I have had, other companies have taken their time and made this a stressful process. Maddie had completed an open for inspection and had new and appropriate tenants presented with in the week, and moving ASAP to the old ones leaving. This was smooth, seamless and hassle free. I could not recommend Maddie, Mel and the team at Harcourts highly enough.
