Melainie has been amazing during this process. Melanie is a excellent communicator who constantly keeps me informed with any decisions or issues. The process was smooth and I have been able to relax knowing my property has been taken care of. Despite being overseas, Melainie has made herself easily contactable which has helped immensely. I highly recommend Melainie to anyone seeking someone to manage their property.

Bree is our property Manager and she has been extremely helpful. She communicates with us on a regular basis and is very particular in who she places into our rental houses. She is very respectful of our wishes for our properties and is very easy to communicate with. I would thoroughly recommend her as a Property Management Agent.

My experiences with Bree have been amazing! I moved my investment property over to her and the service has been exceptional. She is all over everything! She is very prompt in keeping me up to date on everything to do with my property and nothing is an issue for her to sort and organise. She is very professional and you can relax knowing she is taking care of everything for you. Changing tenants can be a stressful time, ensuring you find someone suitable and making sure the property is organised and ready to go and she makes this process happen so smoothly. Highly recommend!

I have been using Harcourt’s for multiple properties for a number of years now, I have dealt with Chris ( sales) Bree and Brooke ( rentals ) and they have been nothing but helpful.
