The tenants in our house vacated just before the COVD 19 crisis. What should have been a quick turn around to get new tenants took much longer due to the sudden dramatic changes in the rental property market in Hobart. Despite this unexpected difficulty, Dani at Harcourts found great new tenants. She worked hard to make sure we were informed throughout the process and that the property was in great condition for the new tenants. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Dani and Amalee were a great team. While I talked with Dani once she was competent and followed through. Amalee gave us the tour and full filled the rest of the paperwork. Very human and competent. It’s the people that make the difference and Harcourt has picked well.
