We are always pleased with our dealings with Ricky Courtney. He is always professional and a pleasure to deal with. However, I am not impressed with Harcourt Management team at the moment. On request from the tenant from Olinda Grove we were asked to reduce the rent which we did but we asked that Harcourts do the same with their percentage of managment fees but this was refused. We are meant to be all sharing the load with the implications from this virus. I expected better, especially as we now have 3, possibly 4 properties with them.

We’ve been buyers, sellers and investors in Hobart. Our only regret is not moving our business to Harcourts sooner.
