We engaged Kim Ridings as agent on the recommendation of a relative who operates in the Real Estate Industry. We were particularly concerned that the agent we appointed was appropriate as we reside interstate and required someone in whom we had confidence in terms of integrity and reliability. Kim worked very diligently on our behalf and kept us fully informed on a regular basis. She also "went the extra mile". As an example, she emptied and cleaned the refrigerator after a power failure led to its contents decomposing. She communicated regularly with us, providing us with the outcome of each open-house inspection (of which there were seven) and followed-up all "open-house" visitors to ascertain their level of interest. She also presented the house to best advantage. As a result of her efforts, there were some 80 attendees at the auction which resulted in a successful sale.

Drew is a very nice and friendly guy. We bought a house in Albany Creek which he was the selling agent. He welcomed us warmly to this house on the day we met. We felt in love with the house when we saw it. He guided us through the purchasing process all the way to completion, addressed all our enquiries and kept us informed of every single issues up to date. I think he was also being fair when giving us advice, he reminded us to consult our solicitor when contractual issues were involved. The process was smooth and settlement was completed as planned.
