When we decided to sell our home of 40 years we contacted Ray White Alderley. A lovely lady named Tania appeared on our doorstep and straight away we felt at ease with her. Tania is extremely knowledgeable of the current market in our area. She is very approachable and has a fun and outgoing personality. We felt very relaxed with Tania and we trusted her option and advice. We were updated every step of the way through the open houses, and feedback of what the potential buyers thought of our property. It was decided our best course was to go to auction. We didn’t end up going to auction as Tania got us a ‘cracker’ price which exceeded our expectations.
