Andrew has a sound knowledge of the local property market and gave us with good advice on pricing and presentation of the property for sale. He put in the hard work to find a buyer including regular open homes and scheduling private inspections for prospective buyers. After each inspection he provided feed back on comments and discussed strategy going forward. Our house was unusual in that it was a large house on a small block and Andrew preserved to find matching buyer requirements and get us fair sale price.
