Outstanding
Michael worked extremely hard to sell our property. He was very professional, helpful and provided us with a lot of support throughout the whole sale process. He constantly kept us updated with feedback and he managed to exceed our expectations on Auction Day. I would highly recommend Michael if you are looking to sell.

Adaptable, Collaborative and Honest
We had a great experience working with Daniel Taylor on the sale of our property. I reached out to Daniel directly and he took on this listing himself. We were very pleased to see a director take such a hands on role and treat the transaction with the same level of care that we had invested into the property. A few items that stood out to us were: - Collaboration: Daniel worked directly with the tenants and formed a great rapport with them which assisted in our transition to vacating the property and also in coordinating inspections. - Adaptable: One week into the campaign we were hit with another lockdown. This ran the risk of derailing our campaign but Daniel was always on the front foot to communicate our options to us, re-arranging inspections, and finding other ways to generate buyer interest. - Honest: Daniel was always very clear throughout the selling process regarding our options, where we could add value and what the best course of action might be in any situation. He would always listen to our questions or concerns and respond accordingly, making effort to accommodate our needs. - Organised: Daniel was always on top of each step throughout the selling process. Every time I would call to ask about something to do with contracts or getting the listing advertised etc he would be one step ahead and have it organised already.
