This is our second dealing with harcourt we bought from them and now sold through them. Mario is very talented and he knows his work very well. Has immense knowledge of the area, market and how to deal with buyers and sellers at the same time. He really helped us specially with young family and 2 kids it can be really hard but he was very helpful in moving the inspection dates and auction dates as well. We are very happy with his work and the price we got , more than we expected given house was only opened once due to lockdown. Throughout our dealing, his communication was very crisp and he kept us informed of every little change in the market. He is not Mario infact he is Super-Mario. Highly recommended agent and company.
