Alex was an extrem pleasure to deal with and made the selling process easy. He was honest and understanding of our needs, concerns and requirements to every detail of our sale. Alex's knowledge of the buyers and area was second to none and this was evident in our above expectations sale outcome.

Having lived in the home for 30 years, the thought of selling the property was overwhelming but the way Robert led the way in guiding and assuring myself and my husband are second to none. His professionalism is impeccable and his command and expertise of the property market outstanding. We did our homework and attended several auctions before ours to not only gauge the market but also to see Robert's work in action; and may I say how amazingly incredible this young man is at steering the auction. He's a real dynamite and so suited to his job. I can only wish him every success in his future and whatever endeavours he may make. An excellent job!! and I would certainly highly recommend him and Harcourts as a whole to any would-be seller or buyer. In fact, I have already been spreading the news!! Well done to you Robert and to all your team. Keep on keeping on!! Our sincerest, heartfelt gratitude to you and all at Harcourts!! Regards, Tom and Evelina Wroblewski

I had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Ozzimo and his highly professional team of agents for the sale of my home of 33 years which I dearly loved and during this time I found Robert to be very respectful, trustworthy and knowledgeable about the local area where I lived. I hold Robert with the highest integrity and was very proud to have Harcourts Rata & Co conduct the sale of my home. I was able to sell at a price in excess of my expectations and could not have done so without his professional advice. If you appoint Robert Ozzimo as your agent you will be extremely happy with your choice and you will receive a very successful outcome.

As stressful as an auction is, Alex was attentive and very attentive to us. What really stood out was his genuine nature. He has managed the sale very well (the current owners have also mentioned this too). He also called me back very quickly after I had sent him a email explaining everything I needed to know.
