I had my finance approved and was determined to bid at the auction. Alex guided me throughout the process and I felt confident to bid. While we thought the agent performed well during the sale, the condition the property was left in is nothing short of disgraceful. If we were agents, inspecting after a tenant had moved out, there is no chance in hell that they would get their bond back. While we realise this is more the responsibility of the previous owners, it has soured our overall experience and that reflects back on everyone involved, including the agent.
