We have lots of friends in real estate, but when we decided to sell our home we thought of Ilija straight away. in all these years that we know him and his work in real estate, there is no bu....s....t he says what he means and thats it ,he explained everything to us ,that was to sell our home to the highest bidder, and thats what happened. At the end we were happy with the results.

We found Ilia to be very good in his expertise in the real estate as we had him look after our property that was to be sold. He always pushed to aim higher for you and was only satisfied when you as his client was happy. We found him to be very hard working putting hours that most wouldn't and pushed to get a great satisfaction success, would definitely recommend him to anyone as you know he will get the best results .
