Due to underpinning issues, the sale date of the house was extended by months. I am living interstate and had limited control of the progression of the situation. Jarrah, who was incredibly patient and supportive during the process would continually keep me up to date and reassure me of the situation. Honestly without Jarrah, I would have been flying back and forth more frequently. Jarrah's professionalism and knowledge, and on a more personal level definitely saved the day. Jarrah was a professional in all aspects of selling my house. Initially he fully explained his marketing strategy and most importantly explained all costs to me. He was a great communicator and kept me constantly updated on any enquiries coming in and also emailed me a weekly marketing synopsis. He was always upbeat and positive and responded to my messages or texts almost immediately. My house was sold within a short period and I put this down to Jarrahs personable approach and of course the great marketing presentation. Fantastic young man with a great future.
