I purchased an investment property from interstate. From the first phone conversation Jesse’s calm, informative nature & his knowledge of the property impressed me. I was familiar with the property however prior to travelling to inspect Jesse was able to negotiate the terms of the Contract between the Vendor & Myself. Jesse conducted himself with a level of professionalism which fails many in his industry; his future looks bright. Upon inspection I purchased the property in line with the terms previously negotiated by Jesse. His Vendor made an excellent choice in selecting Jesse to market his property. I have been an investor for over 25 years so I’ve dealt with my fair share of Agents.
