I found Michael to be honest and down to earth. I sold a block of land with Michael, which is always harder to sell than a house. Michael passed on all interest in the block me, and communicated well with all steps of negotiations once he found the buyer for my block. Josh put so much work into getting a purchaser for our property, his determination and doing that but extra (that he didn't have to) ie: out of hours time paid off and he sold our property with in just a few weeks. I also appreciated the constant updates either by text, phone call or email not once a week but as many as he needed to, his fast response to our question even if he missed our calls he would reply almost immediately.
