We came to know of Michael through a family friend,we weren't sure what to expect as we had some negative recent experiences, of which One chap didn't even get back to us.Our first experience with Michael didn't dissapoint us at all , infact we felt very confident that Michael could find us the best price without hassles. The result has made us very happy with our overall experience, and Michael was always very thorough and professional. I'm pleased to also mention that Michael has something that I wasn't sure existed much anywhere nowadays, and that's Integrity, We can't recommend Michael more highly, and when we return to Tasmania, we be looking Michael up to help us find what we require. The selling of our property has been a stress-free experience with Michael Dearsley. He has always been very pleasant to work with, and takes great pains to explain the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property. The only thing I would criticize is the colour of the Harrison's For Sale sign. It is very dark, does not stand out at all and would easily be missed by anyone driving by. In fact, the person who erected it faced it towards the river! Michael did rectify that a put it on an angle so at least it was facing people who might be driving past.

Josh is one of the good guys, that has your best interest at heart! No fluff or flaff, no big promises or doom and gloom - just honest evidence based information and a will do the best by his client! The flexibility and organising of the photo shoot day was met with calmness from Josh and nothing was too much trouble. The professionalism of the staff that arrived on the day felt like Channel 9 had turned up! Manners, politeness and a bit of fun by all the Team! Josh is attentive and listens to what the client wants - but make sure you listen as his knowledge is incredible and everything he advised came to fruition! The marketing material felt like we were selling a $6million dollar home and even Josh's colleagues had the same level of professionalism and kindness! I think Harrisons have taken selling your home to a new level, so save your energy and time with the other agents! A massive thank you to Josh and to Michael (who stepped in with the same professionalism when Josh was on holidays) for turning a normally unpleasant time with Real Estate Agents into a positive experience!
