My wife and I are very grateful to Affinity Property Managemant Group. Communication from the very beginning, when we first made enquiries was first class. We were both treated with respect, as human beings, which was such a contrast from past experiences. The letting process was also made pleasantly simple to follow as has been the communications throughout the period of our tennancy. Our mainteance requesta as well as other simple enquiries we have had have been swiftly answered to out total satisfaction.

I was looking to rent a property in the Caboolture area... I am so glad I happened upon the Affinity site... The Property Management staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient with my queries and consequent applications for properties in the area... Having been a Senior Property Manager during my working life, I was amazed at their attention to detail, the unfazed way my application was handled, along with the patience in contacting me for more information... It seems to me that they were very conscious of obtaining the best tenant they could for their client, my Landlord... I am "Over the Moon" at becoming the successful applicant, and will strive to be a stress free tenant for them...

Bad experience with this agency
Went overseas for vacation thinking that my car where I park in the car park property is secure but it’s not! My car got broken into and by law they must secured the property... but the property roller door wont close..cctv is not working for the police to look at..And it’s a well known area where you get a lot of break in....I got back and I don’t have car to use for me and my 1 year old baby and they didn’t even offer any compensation for my car instead telling me that’s what the insurance for...wow!!thats how the perperty manger treat me...The unit don’t have any screen doors and screen windows..on night time you love to open the windows and doors as it gets hot but then you can’t as too many bugs flying around outside and getting inside if you open your windows and doors..requested to put screens on it and it takes a year and still don’t have any and I had to give a request again... they change property manager than the original I had and never had a good experience with this new manager for sure!!

Highly recommend if you’re decent tenants
I’ve found Affinity Property highly professional & of a high standard. They are very thorough & efficient. As tenants we have regular house inspections on a quarterly basis. We are NRAS tenants & If I owned an investment property I’d be more than happy to have them manage it for me.
