I have had hassles with maintenance ....toilet seat needed replacing and vertical blinds needed fixing when I moved in. I was promised they would be fixed within 3 weeks that never happened. My son in law fixed the blinds and I was told I needed to replace the toilet seat up to $30 and I would be reimbursed. Then two taps started leaking and I rang as I was concerned about my water rates.....no reply after a few weeks so my son fixed them and we were reimbursed for the price of the tap. Then gratefully my smoke alarms were checked and my taps checked apparently a yearly event so was grateful for that..... I am still waiting on my water bill and have rung the office....just don't want to get a late fee charge because I don't have the bill. Other than that I am fine with Affinity Property Australia:)

You should avoid this agency. They will lie and deceive to get whatever outcome they want. I had 3 property managers during my 2 years using them, currently they haven’t bothered to replace the last one.
