We were very happy with Chris's knowledge on the property and professionalism. From the initial inspection through to settlement she was always very efficient and was always making sure we were on track throughout the whole process. We had many ups and downs due to miscommunications with solicitors and brokers and Chris was the only person that was very organised and helpful which made it a bit easier for my husband and I. We definitely recommend Chris and the team at affinity and we give them 5 stars!

Chris from the very first phone call about my property was friendly, informative, sensitive to my needs and completely understanding. She offered me advice, contact numbers to assist and planned with me the approach - always taking care not to be forceful or dogmatic, respective and honest. All interactions with me were brilliant and the service I received second to none. Btu what stood out for me was Chris's approach and kindness to my tenant and to assist her in finding another rental. Way beyond the call. I cannot recommend Chris and the service she provided which enabled me to sell a house that was difficult to sell and complicated. Chris was there every step of the way.
