Gillian was very honest, supportive, knowledgeable and easy to deal with given we do not purchase a property very often (over 20 years since our last purchase). She managed the process in a professional and friendly manner, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very generous with her time, knowledge and expertise and the purchase went through very quickly and smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend Gillian to any buyer or seller. Thank you, Gillian, for making this experience seamless and (almost) stressfree!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Gillian Ragan to sell our house, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, she demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Gillian provided excellent advice on preparing our home for sale, which made a significant difference in attracting potential buyers. Her marketing strategy was top-notch, resulting in a quick sale at a great price. Throughout the process, Gillian was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and handled all negotiations with skill and integrity. We truly felt supported and confident that we were in good hands. We highly recommend Gillian and Heritage Realty to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you for making the sale of our home a smooth and successful experience!

Michelle was wonderful from start to finish. We sold and bought our dream home both through her. Despite there being a set back in the selling process (through no fault of hers) she fought hard to get us the price we wanted for our home and accomplished it in excellent timing. I'd recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling. She's a miracle worker!

From the moment I met Michelle she was nothing short of outstanding! Friendly, confident and knowledgeable, her communication is second to none. Michelle promised a higher sales price than any other agent AND SHE DELIVERED! Michelle surpasses and transcends any agent in her field. It is with her (and Rob!) that I place my trust with any future property endeavours.
