We didn’t meet Gillian in person everything was done via email. Though my Dad did meet Gillian and knew from the first interaction that she was the agent for us. Gillian’s valuation and expected sale price was well and truly beyond what other agents suggested. We sold our house for more than it was advertised for. Michelle knew the suburb we were selling our house in better than we did. Being a rental there were a few extra steps that needed to be taken but the whole sale went very smoothly and very quickly which saved us a lot of stress and worry. We also received the sale price we were asking for. Michelle always has time for a chat from the time the board goes out the front till the gavel comes down. What's more she is VERY organised.
