We found our experience with Elizabeth and Angie to be highly professional and smooth. At every step we were informed about every detail and there was constant communication even whilst we were overseas! We were thrilled with the outcome of our sale and very impressed by the professionalism at all times. Would highly recommend the HKY team to anyone looking to sell their property, or for our next sale should we need it.

Jayne is the most lovely real estate agent I had the privilege to encounter. She has exquisite manners and had been a valuable source of local information. She was always available for last minutes questions and even managed to organise an inspection to adjust to our busy agenda.

Zarina was extremely professional and guided us through every step of the sale process. Our property sold at the very first home open, which was fantastic! She continued to follow up and support us right through to settlement. Thank you, Zarina — we truly appreciate your efforts and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property

Elizabeth guided us over a 12 month period in preparation for sale. She provided regular updates with market reviews which were very helpful in choosing the optimal time to sell. She responded promptly to our enquiries and was willing to attend in person for more detailed discussions. She gently guided us with professional help in choosing the best way to present the house, including staging and marketing options. This resulted in a very satisfactory and unstressful sale.
