Kim was very friendly, welcoming and informative right throughout the whole selling process and went above and beyond to manage our situation. Kim had great local knowledge and kept us informed throughout the time our property was on the market, while we were in another state.

My first contact with Penny was via phone from Melbourne. I was in lockdown and she had a property I was interested in, located in The Vines. Penny has been amazing. The perfect mix of professionalism with huge amounts of care and compassion thrown in for good measure. She has an amazing knowledge of the area and no request was too much. She acted for her vendors with integrity while assisting us to her utmost ability.

Marcus and Elizabeth work so well together. They are both very professional and great with communicating with you in anyway. They also explain the process of selling your home in simple terms and no question is a dumb question. Thank you team

Elizabeth isn't just good ... she's GREAT!!!! Her knowledge of the market is extensive and current. The advice I received not only helped me present my home in the best possible light, but also helped me make the right decision on the sale. Elizabeth is a great communicator, never forgot to return my call and turned up when she said she would. I simply cannot recommend Elizabeth Good highly enough. Thank you so much.

Elizabeth was prompt in replying, professional and gave great clarity to all questions. I made the offer on Christmas Day and had it accepted on New Year's Eve. Elizabeth was good enough to help facilitate this during the holiday season to help me secure a lovely home before my expiring lease.

Shane and his team are real, honest and approachable. Was a breath of fresh air not having the standard salesman pitch. Mikes communication throughout the settlement process was spot on, we were never left wondering what was happening. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
