Zarina is well presented and professional. At our first meeting Zarina took the time to explain the process in detail. The offer we placed on our new home was subject to the sale of our existing property, obviously less straight forward which Zarina not only acknowledged but welcomed. Zarina advised that there would be a buyer for our house, however, as it was a specific client we were looking for we may need to be patient - but she would find the one buyer we needed. Zarina was always on time for the home openings and provided immediate and honest feedback on the number of people who attended and if there was any genuine interest. Though there was complications with the vendor's bank Marcus was always forthcoming with information, told us what to expect, including likely delays and he was 100% correct.
