Although trying to sell the property through market down turn, followed by covid, Kim was always punctual and confident at all "home opens". Zarina is well presented and professional. At our first meeting Zarina took the time to explain the process in detail. The offer we placed on our new home was subject to the sale of our existing property, obviously less straight forward which Zarina not only acknowledged but welcomed. Zarina advised that there would be a buyer for our house, however, as it was a specific client we were looking for we may need to be patient - but she would find the one buyer we needed. Zarina was always on time for the home openings and provided immediate and honest feedback on the number of people who attended and if there was any genuine interest. Zarina followed up with potential buyers as promised and again relayed information back to us is a timely manner. Ultimately, we had 48 hours to achieve the sale of our existing property or risk losing the offer we had made on our new house. Zarina pushed through and found a buyer right on time :-) We have settled in nicely to our new house and in all honesty this was only possible because of the drive and determination shown by Zarina especially in the last 48 hours. Zarina is also very personable has visited us subsequent to settlement showing it is not just about listings and sales. I would recommend Zarina without hesitation.
