Mike was our selling agent for my son's home and I can't express how much he went above and beyond to get the best price possible for my son's home as our situation was a difficult one. The house was already on the market for about a month but the original agent had moved on so it was handed over to Mike. The home didn't even get to a weekend home open with him but instead he sold it the first week by just showing people through on a midweek home open.
