Following the anticipated sale of our home in Mt. Lawley, we placed an offer on a house in Brabham, for whom Zarina Brodie was the agent. Unfortunately, the sale of our Mt. Lawley home fell through and subsequently had to be re-listed for sale. In the meantime, with the assistance of Zarina, we were able to extend the settlement date on the Brabham home until our Mt. Lawley home was sold for a "second" time. Without Zarina's help and guidance, we would not have been able to proceed with our purchase of the Brabham property.
