From the beginning, I found Elizabeth to be very knowledgeable. I can honestly say that no other agent who has acquired my details from my search for a new home does newsletters informing people of the current market trend to inform clients, this is backed up with statistical data. I also receive weekly home open emails, helping keep me informed. Elizabeth has open, honest communication and is understanding. She is by no means a "pushy" sales agent. I didn't feel pressured by Elizabeth, rather I felt informed which is in itself a pleasant and refreshing change. She was OK for me to say a property didn't suit me, and didn't try to persuade me with other possible appealing features of that particular property, but pointed me in the direction of another property. She also sought answers to any questions I had. As a buyer, I found Elizabeth great at informing me of what her vendors were seeking and the negotiating skills were fantastic. The property I purchased, I initially removed from my list of interested properties and went back for a second look (child free) which gave me a different perspective - again, no pushiness or sales pitch. I never felt as if Elizabeth was only working for one team, rather that she had been employed to sell a house and secure a price the vendors were happy with, to then work as a team to a happy ending for all involved. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to buy and/ or sell as she is very passionate about her job and holds herself with confidence, knowledge and completes the tasks required efficiently. At the end of the day, if a buyer likes a property, it will peak their interest, so pushy sales pitches aren't required in my opinion and because Elizabeth doesn't have this approach, it appealed to me. Buying and selling is by no means easy, Elizabeth goes above and beyond to please her clients and for that, I can say THANK YOU!! :-)
