We would highly recommend Shane! He was absolutely spot on with the price we should list for and what we could achieve, literally to the dollar!! We had multiple offers within 2 days of listing and he made the whole process a dream. Really couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely sell with Shane again in the future.

Shane and Mike got me a great price in less than a week, very happy with all communication and would definitely recommend to go with them if you're considering selling!

Jayne has a great understanding of the area she is working in because she also lives in that area. From the first day of contact she made a great impression with her knowledge and always followed up any questions that arose, if not immediately it was not far away. Jayne's professional approach showed through from originally suggested selling and marketing, to successfully negotiating better than expected offer and final settlement.
