Zarina was fantastic, she was always professional and despite my odd hours, she responded promptly and efficiently to all our queries. She talked us through the whole process from document signing to going above and beyond with the final inspection. Thank you for your patients and willingness to help. We would highly recommend Zarina with no hesitation.

Having dealings with many realestate agents over the past 15 years of building and selling homes, I found Marcus & Elizabeth’s knowledge on Perths property market, effort and helpfulness was 2nd to none. I would strongly recommend them to anyone buying or selling property.

Well hands down ,Zarina Brodie is the best agent I’ve dealt with. Her upfront ,strong positive , professional manner and knowledge of realestate is outstanding. From the moment She walked into our property , her fun enthusiastic charm won us over. Her organisation and research into our property and area was a winning key that left other agencies we about to dealt with way behind the 8 ball. Zarina was totally upfront and what she said she definitely delivered . A lot of others will tell you what you want to hear , not Zarina, she tells you how it is , what’s going to happen and when it’s going to happen, she is the real deal and if I ever need realestate representation I will look no further than this great girl . Zarina to you and the HKY team we thank you so much for your outstanding work , I 110% recommend yourself to anyone that is looking at selling or even wanting to buy a property in your areas to look no further than you . Thanks so much again could not be happier. Alkesh and Hiral.

I found Penny to be very friendly, honest and very knowledgeable of the present market. I felt she really made selling my property a priority and managed to sell in 3 days! I was very impressed. I would definitely use her services again.

Desiree and I would just like to express our appreciation for your exceptionally good service wrt. The above-mentioned sale. Please feel free to use the contents of this letter as a reference for your business. The successful conclusion of this sale comes as a very pleasant surprise to us particularly as we have recently had a somewhat disappointing experience with another agency who produced no tangible results in two months. So, imagine our surprise to find this sale concluded within two weeks ! This at a satisfactory price as well ! So this is just to say that we have found you to be :- • Enthusiastic • Trustworthy in your dealings with us • Extremely efficient • Very Hardworking. • Empathetic Home ownership is quite subjective in nature, so rather than give us an Architectural Critique on our home, you rolled up your sleeves and proceeded to find someone who felt the same way about our House. That’s what I would expect from a Professional ! To us, our home represents the biggest investment we can ever expected to make. Thank you for taking on a challenge and assisting us in realizing a dream ! What we have been told on a number of occasions that “We don't know what Real Estate Agents do for all the money they charge”. Well, this experience has shown us that it matters a lot who we choose to handle our property. Based on this experience we would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone contemplating buying or selling their Real estate.

Elizabeth and Marcus were wonderful to work with, providing clear and regular communication which made the process much less stressful. They managed to find a buyer after the first home open, and the whole process was complete within a couple of months. I highly recommend giving them a call if you’re looking to sell :)
