When Kim first viewed my property she advised me to make sure and be organised before going to market as the house would go quickly, true to her word it was gone in just a few short days. Throughout the process Kim was very helpful and always available to answer any questions I had

From day 1 of knowing Zarina, she has been honest, experienced and insightful. There is without a doubt that we trust her with everything related to the sale of the house because we know she knows what she is doing. She would also constantly update us with the progress of the house from the offers to the very last step on settlement day. We are so so so glad that we have Zarina as our agent to sell our house. If you are selling in the City of Swan area, trust no one else - just trust Zarina Brodie!! She gets your house sold for sure without it going stale and goes above and beyond for her sellers! I've known her over the years and she is someone you can relate both in a professional and personal level. Keep in touch - definitely don't be a stranger ;)

We have know the Good team for a few years and had talked to other real estate agents but none provided the down-to-earth advice and guidance as Elizabeth and Marcus did. Very professional, engaged and communicative. No task was too big or too small. It took us a few tries to sell our property as the market has been so volatile and through it all we never felt pressured or experienced “choice-remorse” when dealing with them and HKY. Their staff are also wonderful and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

We had a very smooth ride in selling our property. From the start when Elizabeth came and sat with us explaining very clearly the market, were we sat and how to get the best for our house right through to the Congratulations at the end of settlement. We were made aware of what the process was and who in the team would sort out each step. Elizabeth new what she was doing, was very up to date in all her information and kept us up to date on everything. A very happy, friendly person to work with.

Zarina is an excellent real estate agent. My wife and I were both very happy with her knowledge and appreciated how quickly she would respond to our queries when we were selling our property. Zarina went above and beyond to help make the whole selling experience easy one. We would approach her in future for other purchasing/selling occasions.

Zarina managed to sell our house for a little above our hopeful price. We had an offer within 2.5 weeks. She was very thorough and communicated with us constantly.

Obviously it's natural to be skeptical about anything you buy on the internet. We have looked plenty of other houses before and they ended up being terrible, designed differently than the photos. By God's grace, We stumbled on the Zarina and her property. When I read the details, we decided to inspect the property. Within minutes we knew what we looked for is what we seeing and decided to put an offer. Within hours, Zarina called us to accept our offer. When inspecting the house, Zarina helped us and everyone to help see everything like she was buying the house herself. During the entire experience we never felt that we were in dark and any questions we had were always answered straight away.
