Penny is by far the best agent in The Vines. Her sales record speaks for itself which is why we decided to sell with her. She made the process of first time selling very easy with quick communication after the home open and during the sale of our property. She is very professional, always immaculately presented, welcoming and made the whole process comfortable as selling a home can be stressful. Highly recommend.

Where do I start? I met Penny at a very difficult time in my life. Penny came and did an appraisal, she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and really listened to what I needed. Penny has a natural ability to match buyers to the right house, this means that people that come through are genuine and ready to buy. This is what happened, Penny had a buyer within a couple of weeks, no home opens, and at the price I wanted. Penny is a very special person, who puts compassion and people before money and sales.

Kym was brilliant in helping us find the perfect property - we had been looking for a while & she went above and beyond to help! Excellent customer service & super friendly too - we didn’t feel like clients, more like a friend. Highly recommend to anyone.

Kim is very knowledgeable of the local area and very informative of the providing specific details of the property we eventually bought. Kim took the time to understand our needs and found us a house that suited us perfectly for the lifestyle we wanted. Would not hestitate to recommend Kim.

She was the best from three other real estate agents., she knew what she was talking about. Very knowledgeable with property value. I knew without doubt that she would be the agent to sell my property. I sold on first home open with being offered more than my asking price. Kym, can’t thank you enough.

Penny was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend her to anyone who is looking at buying or selling a home. Not only was she friendly, down to earth and easy to deal with but was also reliable and professional. We used Penny to both buy and sell and in each case she looked after both parties interests with integrity and made the journey as easy as possible for all. PS she also works well with kids and animals... Thanks Penny
