Our first meeting with Grant McConnell was friendly and not overselling. We took time to decide and wasn’t push to make a decision. At the same time, we were able to get answers to our questions in a professional manner from Carol Charkas. We dealt with Carol Charkas. She is an excellent agent. Carol always let us know what stage we were at. Very friendly and helpful.

We highly appreciated Phil’s honesty, high standards, work ethic and strong professionalism. Along with Phil’s matter-of-fact approach, we never felt disillusioned. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Phil to sell your home!

An absolutely seamless experience! Grant gave us honest, informed information and realistic market expectations right from the start. Carol did a fantastic job acting as our agent. She kept us informed through the whole (short) process and went the extra mile on numerous occasions. Carol’s communication and willingness to work hard for her client was exemplary and I don’t feel that we could have put the sale of our property in better hands. Thanks so much guys!

Even though on first inspection I decided not to purchase the house, Philip stood back and seemed to know it would suit my needs as an artist. A couple of weeks later I returned and could see it with different eyes. All questions were settled and I found his quiet considerate nature a breath of fresh air, in an industry with such an aggressive reputation.

Buying a house is always stressful, however Phil was open, communicative and fair throughout the whole process making it one of the simpler transactions we’ve experienced. Would happily work with Phil in the future!

This is the third property that Phil has sold for us over the past five years and although we are in a tough market at the moment Phil was always positive and professional and came through with another good outcome. Phil is very easy to communicate with and kept us up to date at all times . We highly recommend Phil and his Team from Belle Real Estate

Phil represented the seller for our recent property purchase. He was easy to deal with, professional, responsive and helped to navigate an extended pricing negotiation. We felt he well facilitated between both sides with a down to earth and trustworthy approach, which is rare in our experience.

The total staff of the Agent we dealt with was exceelent. I felt advertising of open inspection times need to be advertised better than the current process
