Even though on first inspection I decided not to purchase the house, Philip stood back and seemed to know it would suit my needs as an artist. A couple of weeks later I returned and could see it with different eyes. All questions were settled and I found his quiet considerate nature a breath of fresh air, in an industry with such an aggressive reputation.

Grant is extremely knowledgeable of the area and he evaluated the property well. He organised photo's and advertising in record time. Najee Charkas took the lead on this sale and he was professional, respectful, and kept me informed at all times. Neither Grant nor Najee were pushy and they worked as a team with me which made the whole experience less painful. All of the staff I spoke with at Belle Dromana were courteous and professional. Carol Charkas, who was at some of the opens at my place was delightful to liaise with and is equally very professional.
