Our agent Najee Charkas was excellent. He was very approachable and he was very knowledgeable about the property and its surrounds. Najee worked out of hours and even on the Australia Day holiday to help us with our purchase. We appreciate the time and effort and extra effort he has afforded us. He continues to put himself out for us as timing is a consideration as we do not presently live on the Peninsula. It's essential for any business to succeed it needs to realise the significance of the customer. Good understanding of their needs, their expectations and their desired outcomes. In every respect Belle Real Estate Dromana and in particular Grant McConnell and Carol Charkas exceeded our needs, expectations and ultimately our desired outcome. Selling your house is a stressful task but Grant & Carol were able to make it a calm, controlled and frankly pleasurable experience. Meaningful and honest communication throughout the marketing campaign and during the actual auction is essential. Both Grant & Carol were excellent at keeping us up to date with every potential buyer's interest as well as tips and guidance to do with the presentation of the property. I have known Phil DOWN for over 10 years. I have bought and sold through Phil at least 5 properties during this period. I have found him to be a straight shooter, in other words telling it as it is, without trying to cover anything up, whether good or bad. It is a bit strange to say this about real estate agents, however based on my experience with Phil (as compared wither other real estate agents from Melbourne) where I have bought and sold other properties, there is a big difference between them. I prefer Phil's approach.

Our agent (Grant McConnell) has a very good knowledge of the area and beyond, proof of this was our result in the sale of our property.
