All functions were completely promptly, as I would have expected from a professional and experienced real estate firm. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that I was a bit disappointed with what I felt was a lack of 'partnering' in the process by the agent. I have sold two other houses in the past 3 years and in those sales I felt it was more of a team approach. I had to ask Grant for some context on what was happening in the market right at the time of considering the offer (eg were the opens of other houses on the market being well attended, what was general buyer sentiment) - and I then felt he just pointed out the negatives of not taking the offer.

Steve was great with communication and following up with us throughout the buying process being transparent and clear which really helped us out during the sale. My only tip for all agents at Belle is to be more like a team. When we originally didn't think we were going to be able to purchase this property, we asked a few of the agents to let us know if there was anything else similar coming up. Most said they would but couldn't think of anything... then 3 days later we saw one come on line that was listed by Belle and ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for.

We got Jarrod, and Belle Property, Dromana to sell our House. After researching who would be ideal to sell our house, Belle Property in Dromana, where miles ahead of anyone else, as they had and have the marketing experience to see locally, in the Dromana & Safety Beach area. Jarrod, was far the best Real Estate Agent, when it come to sales of homes/properties in our area, and it had Jarrod, as the No.1 Agent when we were about to sell our home. With him having great sales history in the area, being the top seller in the area's with the most sales, and selling prices and selling times very short, I wanted to see him, and see for ourselves, and when he came, he was far the best person to sell our home, in the way he approached our house to sell at the time, with the best marketing choices and prices were much better than others. Jarrod, did not push or pressure us in any way, and made us feel informed and that he could sell our house. and was honest in his assessments, not over inflating costs or expectations. It was an easy process and he explained everything clearly, and was patient. He was very easy to talk too, and listened. He got our house on the market, quickly and all looked good, and he advised us about the house decor and options. So after the first open day, we got a shock, to see so many turn up, I think 15-17 couples, in which we had a few serious buyers, with that process, we did not expect a quick sale, as the market was cooling off quickly, with interest rates increasing, inflation increasing, and buyers more restrained to buy, Jarrod, managed to get us interest, and within 8 days from the Online Advertising starting, he sold our house, with some negotiations we sold our house at a good and fair good price. He surpassed our expectations to sell the house so fast, when all is slowing down in sales and market values dropping. He was exceptional in his work to sell our house, and does deserve a lot of credit and praise for his skills and knowledge.
