Had high expectations when we first put on market. So plan of action was to auction the property to potential buyers but the climate was changing due to interest rate rises, change of government and Ukraine war and limited people interested. Agent advised a change of strategy, renewed interest was regenerated and after two weeks and a very hands on agent we were delighted to achieve a sale of the property Great effort by our agent and would definitely recommend

Dealing with the agent, Steve Edmund, was a positive experience. He was forthcoming with advice and information that proved to be valuable.
