Excellent service especially by Carole. Sorry Grant, missed you later in the process esp when we were trying to get the price up to the reserve. Otherwise the firm and your service were great.

Carol chakras is a great asset for belle property. She kindly showed me the property before an open house as I could not make that date. Friendly, happy with a smile always, and had answers when asked Thank you Carol

Carol was so lovely and professional with every phone call and inspection. She answered all calls and questions promptly and any questions we had that she didn't know she found out and got back to us straight away. Highly recommended her. We also dealt with Jared at a few different houses we looked at and he was equally lovely and professional.

Grant and Carol were fantastic throughout the entire selling process. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and keep us fully informed from the viewings through to auction day. Carol’s communication and feedback were especially helpful throughout. Thank you, Paul, for delivering such a fantastic result for us. We’re thrilled with the outcome and would strongly recommend them.

Jared was accomodating by arranging a private viewing of the house so our children could inspect the home. He kindly arranged for me to add sold to the for sale sign.
