We're delighted with the service and advice provided by Phil and Grant. Throughout the whole process, they were fully transparent, provided regular communication and went the extra mile to ensure every prospective buyer given every opportunity to view the property.

Grant worked extremely hard for us on auction day after a solid campaign. While the property was passed in we had a sale 30 minutes later. That speaks for itself.
