We purchased a property recently by auction that Grant McConnell managed and found him very experienced and professional. He was tenacious ensuring the sellers got the best price possible. Grant efficiently followed us up with documentation and offered us local advice when needed. I would use Grant to sell our property in the future.

It was a no brainer, listing our property for sale with Jarrod. Jarrod's industry reputation for achieving client outcomes is well know in the area and he did not let us down. All of the way through the sales process, Jarrod kept us fully informed of what was happening with prospective buyers, including revising our strategy to achieve the outcome we desired. Once our property was officially on the market, we handed everything over to Jarrod and within a very short timeframe the results we were hoping for were realised. Jarrod, thank you for your support, you are exceptionally tenacious and a pleasure to do business with. Regards Paul and Cindy

We first met Philip when we were looking for a holiday home on the Peninsula. His knowledge and friendly nature made our task at hand easier than expected. Philip's knowledge of the Peninsula was extensive and he readily answered any questions and concerns we had. After liaising with many Agents in the 9 months we were searching for our ideal property, we were not at all surprised that Philip was the Agent that secured the purchase of our beautiful beachside property. No task was ever too hard for Philip and he was very courteous in assisting us with all our property needs.
