We had been on the hunt for a property on the Peninsula for some time and Phil was by far the most professional, easy going and down to earth agent we had come across. He was upfront and honest during the entire process and secured the purchase for us quickly without any hassles. We would absolutely use Phil as our agent again for any future property dealings in the area.

Philip was selected because of the manner in which he had handled a previous property sale for the family. He is experienced and I found him frank with his recommendations and advice. He was proactive in marketing our property. He makes you feel assured that he is representing you in getting a fair price for the property being sold. I have no hesitation in recommending him and if you are a realistic seller,he's your man.

I was drawn to engage Phil due to his knowledge and he didn’t have that over persuasive persona that I have found other agents to have over the years, which I find really appealing as his knowledge speaks volumes for itself. He thought we could probably get more than I had previously been quoted in today’s market, I chose to take it to auction and we achieved an excellent outcome of $81,000 above reserve. So very grateful for Phil’s expertise and Dino did an outstanding job of conducting the auction. Thank you so much to both of you.
