We would highly recommend Grant to sell your property, he has a wealth of knowledge of the local area, he also never made you feel under pressure at any stage, he is a true gentlemen of the real estate world. We would have no hesitation in recommending Grant and he's team to anyone wishing to sell their property. And would certainly use Grant and Hocking Stuart in any of our future sales.

We were totally happy with Grant during the purchase of this property, his knowledge of the Peninsula is extensive which is very reassuring. He was always contactable to answer queries and made himself available for out of hour inspections to help achieve our final purchase, many thanks Grant.

Jarrod exceeded my expectations from start to finish, resulting in a seem less transaction. The vendor was very lucky to have such a professional dealing with their sale. I would not hesitate to use Jarrod in the sale of any of my properties in the future. Great result all round, thanks!

Jarrod is a local agent with great experience of the peninsula market. I was kept informed every step of the way . Reported to me after every open for inspection and handled the buyers in a very professional way until we achieved a sale for our property. I highly recommend Jarrod and the Hocking Stewart team Dromana to any prospective seller.
